From 2021, companies will be able to pay among themselves with electronic money
A law has been published, according to which a business will be able to transfer money to any counterparties through corporate e-wallets. The rule will take effect from 2021.
Now the B2B electronic money transfers are prohibited. The companies and individual entrepreneurs may send them to natural persons only.
Please note: when using a corporate e-wallet, you need to ensure that at the end of the working day of the credit organization there is no more than 600 thousand rubles left in it. The same applies to the amount in foreign currency, which is equivalent to 600 thousand rubles, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. If the balance exceeds this limit, the credit organization is obliged to transfer the surplus to the bank account of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur without his order.
