Moscow Customs reminds all participants of foreign economic activities that the Customs Clearance and Customs Control Department No. 2 of the Moscow Customs Post (Electronic Declaration Center) is focused on servicing research and innovation organizations and performing customs operations on export and import of high-tech goods and intellectual work, research facilities, scientific samples, equipment and materials for scientific research.

Customs operations are performed electronically and with the use of remote release technology and exclusively for goods moved by participants of foreign economic activities, thoroughly tested and included in the Register of organizations exporting and (or) importing scientific, technical and innovative products formed by the Department of Science and Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Moscow Government.

The department is located on the territory of Technopolis "Moscow" at the address: Volgogradsky Prospekt, Building 42, Building 36.
